SoulCollage and Creative Methods

SoulCollage® is an easy, fun tool for exploration and expression of the many parts of self. It is a process of self-discovery where you create a personal collection of collaged cards which reflect your inner and outer world using simple materials –images, scissors and glue.  When you participate in a Soul Collage® class,  you will have the opportunity to use your imagination and intuition to allow the cards to “speak” to you, to learn more about aspects of yourself and use the wisdom from those aspects of self to address present issues.

In  a  SoulCollage® workshop you will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of yourself and your world. We will have a theme each week and create cards based on the theme, then do some journaling and readings using the cards. Themes may be about the suits in SoulCollage®, or topics such as nature, inner beauty and shadow sides. The workshop is largely experiential in nature with plenty of time to create and journal using your cards.
