Rates
My fee is $160 per session (45 minutes – 1 hour), sliding fee available on a case by case basis.

Insurance
I am an insurance provider for Medicare and I work with Carebridge EAP.

Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover my services in full or in part. Contact them to find out. For example, if you’ve met your deductible, some insurance companies will reimburse you for services out of network. In that case you’ll need to contact them directly to see if they will do this. I can provide you with a copy of your bill with sessions attended to give to them.

Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay full fee.
