Walking a Labyrinth can help people to relax and self-reflect. Combined with various expressive arts modalities, it can be an excellent tool for healing. Various versions of the Labyrinth have been documented by different cultures around the world, dating back to the Greeks in 2500 BCE. Modern labyrinths can be found in hospitals, gardens, retreat centers, churches and in private backyards. Below is the Labyrinth that I built which I use for group labyrinth experiences as well as with individuals in my private practice. I also present at conferences.
